18-day tour

1st dayDelhi

Arrival in Delhi, At your arrival you will be welcomed in a beautiful Indian tradition with a flower to welcome you. Transfer to the hotel according to the arrival time, Overnight at the hotel.

2nd dayOn the way to Agra - Delhi - Agra (200km / 3h)

Breakfast then drive to Agra. Arrive and visit the Agra Fort, a gigantic fortress on the edge of the Yamuna where Shah Jahan ends his days contemplating his dream of marble. It is the revelation of the power reached by the Mughal Empire which extended over most of India and which had inexhaustible financial and human resources at the time of its splendor. 3rd Day - Agra - Gwalior (110km / 3h)Transfer on Gwalior

The next destination after Agra is Gwalior. But before, you will visit the Taj Mahal which, more than a mausoleum, is considered as being one of the wonders of the world. Once in Gwalior, you will be treated to a private tour of the citadel. Discovery of temples and palaces, archaeological museum, Jai Vilas Museum. Overnight in Gwalior.

4th day Transfer to Orchha - Gwalior - Orchha (125km / 3h)

Orchha is a must when you arrive in Central India. You will be entitled to a visit of the temple of Laxminarayan and the 14 cenotaphs (the Chhattri). The Chhattri, 14 cenotaphs built for the Raja Orchha along the Kanchana Ghats on the banks of the Betwa. Overnight in Orchha.

Day 6Orchha - Sanchi (280km / 5h)

After Orchha, you will take the road to Sanchi. Visit the Buddhist site, visit the Stupas and Sanchi Monastery. Overnight at the hotel Sanchi.

7e jourOn the way to Indore, stop Ujjain

After Sanchi, direction Indore. On the way, visit the great holy city of Ujjain. Discovery of the sanctuary of the great temple of Mahakaleshwar. See the observatory of Jai Singh II. Walk on the ghats.
Arrived on Indore, you will be able to visit the city and all its historical monuments. Overnight in Indore.

Day 8Transfer on Mandu - Indore-Mandu (85km / 2h)

For the 8th day, you will go to Mandu. Discovery of the most prestigious collections of Afghan architecture from India. Visit sites: Jama Masjid Mosque, Hoshang Shah Mausoleum, Prince Baz Bahadur Palace, Jahaz Mahal Palace, Rupmati Pavilion. Overnight at Mandu.

Day 9Transfer on Omkareshwar - Mandu - Omkareshwar (100km / 2h)

Discovery of the most sacred city of India: Omkareshwar. Visit of the famous temple of Shiva. Overnight in Omkareshwar.

Day 10Transfer to Aurangabad via Ajanta (320km / 6h)

After leaving Omkareshwar, you are on your way to Ajanta. You will discover the Ajanta Caves before heading to Aurangabad. Overnight in Aurangabad.

Day 11 Excursion to ElloraAurangabad - Ellora - Aurangabad (60km)

Visit the famous rock temples of Ellora for 1 hour. Discovery of the monolithic temple of Kailashnatha. Return to Aurangabad, where you will spend the night.

12 dayAurangabad

City tour Aurangabad. A quick look at the mausoleum Bibi-Ka-Maqbara. It’s a kind of replica of the Taj Mahal. You will sleep at the hotel.

Day 13Aurangabad - Raigad (340km / 6h)

The distance Aurangabad and Raigad is 340 km, 6 hours long. Once you arrive, you will move to the hotel. You can sleep after dinner.

15th and 16th dayKashid Beach

Free day on the beach. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

17th day Kashid Beach - Mumbai (Bombay) (130km / 4h)

n the morning, you will take the path to Mumbai (new Bombay). Visit Mani Bhawan, Gandhi’s house. Walk on Marine Drive. Visit Crowford Market, Ali Mosque, Banoura district, Bangaga, Dhobi Ghat. Dinner and overnight in Mumbai.

18th dayBack to France

The last day will be the day you return to France. But before heading back, you will take the time to visit Bombay and take a stroll on the waterfront, Bandra, Juhu Beach, or even Chowpatty Beach. After that, you can head to the airport.
